What owners ask us first.
Will my customers know they're talking to AI?
Yes. Every chat, text and email conversation opens with the assistant saying it's an AI, and phone calls open with a short notice. In our experience customers care more that they got a fast, correct answer than who typed it.
Where does my customers' information go?
It stays on Vectena's own hardware in Florida. We don't send your conversations to outside AI companies for training. Encrypted backups are stored off-site so a storm can't erase them.
What if the assistant doesn't know the answer?
It says it will check, and passes the question to you or your team by text or email with the details. It never makes up prices, dates or policies.
Do I need new software or a new website?
No. We work alongside what you already use. If you want a new website, we build and host it too.
Can the assistant take payments or give refunds?
No. Assistants can send reminders and draft invoices, but moving money always takes a person.
Do you work with medical or legal practices?
We don't handle medical records. For law practices we provide workflow software only, never legal advice, following Florida Bar guidance.
